Day together, never eaten such cold fries at Mecces, they had been standing for half an hour, the burgers were also all cold, although one of them should have been fresh because there were special requests regarding the ingredients. The only warm thing was the nuggets.

Actually it is always the same, the quality of the food fluctuates with the temperature of the food, and you can actually be happy if you can rate it because that means that it was in the bag. In the event of a complaint, the missing items will be replaced, but no one will take into account the effort to drive there. I don't think that's really customer friendly,

Nice and quick service even after midnight. The MC drive is booming in corona times. Also very popular with truckers and our Dutch neighbors. I would only wish that the vegetarian program varied and that the dining table was already hanging on the way from the mcdrive and not just when the order was placed. That way you would at least have some time to examine the selection. Please use real chocolate again for dark and white chocolate, no longer this powder. Thank you for also offering lactose-free and vegan coffee specialties. I think it's mega ??

Even in corona time they do their best?

Corona conditionally used McDriive. Food was super warm. So that's great. We could then also use the toilet. And they were clean as it should be. It's also not far from the expressway to the Netherlands. And there is also a large petrol station in the immediate vicinity. So perfect for people on the go.

I ordered two homestyle crispy chicken large mcmenu the frites are old and not tasty and they were a half empty .Not good for the money you give .

Annoying ... something is missing again. This time ketchup. Although I checked in the store immediately. That's a scam ... and you get stupid sayings when you are controlled by employees. The Mc Donalds system has to change, weigh like with Decathlon or RFID chips ... it always sucks to pay and not get ...

Ordered through the app for the first time. It worked out fine and we liked it too.

They just put the cheese on my citizen and it didn't melt. The toilet smells like the Norwegian specialty the rotten fish in a can.

Very nice, open and inviting service area. I really like the graffiti on the walls. The menu has many delicious foods - whether cold, warm or in liquid form with information on additives and allergens.

German mcdonald's crew are very unfriendly.

We had to wait a long time (30 minutes) and the table assigned to us was totally dirty and littered with leftovers. It's good that I always have wet wipes with me. We then cleaned the table ourselves. Food was okay then.

Again and again the milchschakemaschiene is supposedly broken, but somehow it always happens in the evening. They don't feel like it and clean earlier. I also contacted the management unfortunately in vain.

This is the worst McDonalds branch I know in Germany. But Viersen is also shortly behind. In this branch I never get my entire order to take away. There is always something missing. No matter if I order for 4 people or just for me. The service itself is mostly nice! The shift leader is also very nice and helps where he can. But the temporary staff should learn how to read a receipt and work it off! The quality of the products is good. But that is to be expected with System gastro. Just McDonald's standard quality. The disappointment about missing products in the drive but also in the store itself is so great that I'm not ready to give more than one star

Best Mac EVERR

Bad experience in the McDrive. The Frappé looked like this (see photo, which was made in the street of McDonalds), asking if it should look like this we got the answer "Das ist richtig, ich works here, ich weiss was ich mache." "Not very friendly. The "Gitterkartoffeln" were also cold and chewy. Making mistakes is allowed, but then it must be properly resolved!

The waiting times weren't that long at 11 PM, but the food was cold! Almost like they made the food at dinner time! We came back to ask for warmer fries, but they gave another ice cold pack instead. I've been to plenty McDonald's, but this is far below the franchise's standard! It took them 5 people to make one burger, but I bet even a blindfolded person could do a better job. On a positive note, the hot chocolate was nice.

2:49 AM. My boyfriend is in the bathroom puking... Never heard of anyone with a good poisoning from MC Donald's, until I heard him sick... Dirty, awful place, NEVER eat there!!!

Always dirty, flickering lights, forget to give you part of your meal almost every time (fries missing, drink missing, e.g.), particularly annoying when you pay for takeout and realise at home that something is missing.

Staff are friendly and will take your order quickly. You can also order through the 4 columns that are available. The range is 90% as you are used to from mc Donald in the Netherlands. There is a mc drive and a small parking space for max 15 cars. There is a disabled parking space. The entrance and toilets are not wheelchair friendly. Furthermore, the toilet bowl is really filthy with the gentlemen and looks subservient to what does not really suit a mc Donald. In addition, the hand blow drying machine is not really suitable anymore since it blows very cold air. This location has a large terrace with a playground for the children. Inside, a projector hung from the ceiling and projected several games onto the table where the children could play games. In addition, this branch has several charging socket points to charge your mobile.

A bit dirty and shelves for the trays are full.

I like the food

It's a fast Food restaurant nothing special, but it tastes okay for a little stop at the highway.

Nice clean place

We ordered a breakfast egg wrap and a chicken burger. It seemed as though they went to get an egg, raise the chick to adult hood and then used it for the burger, it took that long. What came first, the chicken or the egg? In our case, neither.

After a long festival weekend, we decided to stop by. It's a good job we had our tents packed, as we had to pitch them in order to wait for our food. I have recently been on a diet, and I thank McDonald's for helping me loose more, as I had a zero calorie intake during my visit. If you're reading this mum, I am safe, I just may be middle aged when I finally return home.

Cola was not cold and it was still. Oh and the Mc flurry was not mixed.

Coke without bubbles. Mcflurry not mixed. Ice tea without bubble. They don't have ice cubes...

Unpolite and unprepared cashiers. Dirty restaurant. They don't know theyr menus. Horrible experience.

Worse McDonald’s I have been to across Europe or North America . Took nearly an hour for the meal to arrive at 1400 on a Saturday. On top of this the restaurant was dirty with zero attention paid to keeping the tables and floor clean . And to top it all off the parking lot barely has enough spots

Always very slow service, exhausted and nervous staff.

15 workers are talking and one is working, they got one order and they keep waiting pregnant woman 20 min for it!!!
